HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
U.K.
Shipping in the U.K is free when you spend over £25 and £3 when you spend under. We use a combination of Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For for all orders over £30, Royal Mail 2nd Class for anything less than £30 and My Hermes courier for larger items / bigger orders.
Europe
To our neighbours in Europe, we ship to all of Europe using Royal Mail Standard International for orders under £20, and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for anything over £20. The price will be based on the weight of the parcel and will be quoted at checkout.
International
For the rest of the world, we will ship using Royal Mail Standard International for orders under £20, and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for anything over £20. The price will be based on the weight of the parcel and will be quoted at checkout. If the checkout doesn’t complete in your country then please do get in contact.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The dispatch time + delivery time is when you will receive your item.
DISPATCH TIMES:
All items can now be shipped within 1-3 working days. Our Studio Mali products are now made and held in stock to offer quicker delivery times. Please do get in touch if an item isn't in stock and you would like to order it.
SHIPPING TIMES:
U.K. - Please allow 2-3 days from when we put it in the post (except on Sundays).
European Shipping - Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your item from when it is posted. International parcels may be subject to further delays at customs.
International Shipping - Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your item from when it is posted. International parcels may be subject to further delays at customs.
Any tax costs incurred at customs are to be paid by the customer. Please find out online how much tax you will pay before making a purchase so there aren't any nasty surprises. If any parcels are returned to us as a result of the customer not being available to sign for it then the re-sending cost will need to be paid by the customer.
